Jostein Vik, Chairman of the Board
Mr. Vik has an M.sc. degree in Business and Administration from the Norwegian School of Management. He has previously worked as a Business Manager at Lilleborg, being responsible of service business development. He has also held a position as Business Controller Carlsberg Breweries (Pripps Ringnes), being responsible of finance and business development. Prior to this, he was a Management Trainee at Orkla. He has also functioned as a member of the Board of Nacre AS, Revolt Technology AS, Plasus Technologies AS and Xvision AS, in addition to Safetel ASA, InvivoSense ASA, Iqua Oy, MyVR Technologies AS and Cinevation AS.

Arild Andersen, CEO
Mr. Andersen holds an BSc in Computer Science from Sør-Trøndelag University College and has as the entrepreneur of Evatic led the company from a graduate project in 1991 to a international company today. He has deep knowledge into service management in a large number of industries and is today leading our sales organization globally and in charge of our global key accounts.

Erik Hagen, Observer
Mr. Hagen has an M.Sc. degree in Computer Science from NTH, in addition to an MBA from INSEAD. He was previously Partner at Arthur Andersen, CEO at Schibsted Nett/Scandinavia Online AS, Marketing Director – responsible for distribution - at NetCom. In addition he has also worked as a Consultant/Project Manager at McKinsey & Company. Mr. Hagen has also functioned as a member of the Board of Adresseavisen ASA, Norwegian Venture Capital Association, Revolt Technology AS, Nacre AS, Safetel ASA, Plasus Technologies AS and OCAS AS.
