With the advanced checklist generator included in the central Evatic Service system, it is now possible to create your own adapted checklists for use in Evatic Mobile. There is a wide selection of field types, where user settings can decide whether or not a field is mandatory. This ensures that the collected data is consistent and of good quality. In Evatic Mobile the technician can even see historical values from earlier checklists. The values from the checklists can be presented in an adapted report and then be used, for example, in certification and documentation.

Documentation

Now your field service technician may quickly and easily add documents connected to the assignment without leaving the Evatic Mobile application. With the built-in camera functionality of the PDA*, the technician can take photographs and import them into Evatic Mobile, directly linked to the appropriate service assignment. This new function in Evatic Mobile also enables the technician to attach other document types, generated by or stored within the PDA/Smartphone. Evatic Mobile supports all standard Windows Mobile file types (e.g. PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Work anywhere, anytime

The built in control routines in Evatic Mobile ensure that updated data will always be stored and transmitted safely. This also enables Evatic Mobile to function in situations where there is no data coverage. Providing that the assignment has been received in Evatic Mobile, the technician can continue to work and complete it. The data will be transmitted back as soon as the data connection is restored.
New task creation
In the new Evatic Mobile, the technician has the ability to create new assignments directly on the PDA/Smartphone. By using the same functions found in Evatic Service, the technician may create the task and assign it to himself, another technician or choose not to assign at all. A seperate mobile planner function is available giving the user an overview over all unassigned jobs. With the help of the built-in calendar the user may schedule the unassigned jobs and check the availability of the service technicians whilst out of the office.

Navigation

You can now easily use the built in GPS on your Windows Mobile or Android phone and navigate your way to the customer. With the help of TomTom Navigator 6 and the address or the coordinates stored on the assignmen


t you will safely be guided to your destination. When you arrive you close the TomTom Navigator 6 application and continue your work in Evatic Mobile.
