• Registration of service tasks
Your customers may register service tasks placing them automatically in Evatic Service via the Internet. The customer may easily view the status of the tasks in progress.
• Order registration
Through Evatic CustomerWeb your customer may order parts and materials. The article numbers are controlled in Evatic Service. Via Evatic CustomerWeb it is easy for your customer to check if an item is covered by the service contract or if it must be purchased additionally.
• Meter readings
Many industries offer equipment with meter readings. Meter reading forms may be automatically generated by Evatic Service and sent to the customer as an e-mail. The customer may report the meter readings using Evatic CustomerWeb, and an invoice will automatically be created in Evatic Service.

Evatic PartnerWeb supports and organises the relationship with your suppliers and service partners.

Centrally registered service tasks (e.g. from a call center) may be assigned to your partners who can access their service projects as well as relevant information regarding customer and machine through Evatic PartnerWeb.
• Meter readings
If required, your partners may report meter readings online through Evatic CustomerWeb. The readings go directly into the system and invoices are generated automatically.
• Warranty control
Your service partners may transmit their warranty claims by using Evatic PartnerWeb. When registered, warranty claims will automatically be listed in Evatic Service enabling you to manage and review warranty issues from your service partners quickly and efficiently.
